Nurse Practitioner rude at the beginning on first visit. Was to schedule x-ray, but on second visit she scheduled MRI. I never received call to schedule. Started physical therapy before diagnoses was made. Second visit, she apologized and scheduled MRI again. I am waiting for call.
RecommendedAll staff were polite and helpful. The downside was the fact that only one doctor was on duty and I was there 3 hours just to get a routine physical exam. Another by product of covid-19 I assume.
