been sitting in the room for 1.5 hours waiting to see doctor. the place is not busy, a friend as shown up and left already. guess they just forgot about me. Zaragosa used to be good, now I guess they learned from the gateway location how to be slow.
Here goes my Customer service complaint about the Concentra branch urgent care in Layton, UT I received horrible over the phone customer service by the employee JANE this morning. She is the only employee who answers the phone every time when we call the general number. My mom is here visiting from Brasil and needed to be seen for an eye infection. Saw the dr today and you guys said you were sending the prescription to cvs. I called and they never received a prescription. Called you guys back and you’re are closed now..and you’re not open tomorrow. So I have to wait until Monday to get any kind of response. Was given a shot which must be followed up by medication. “(

Nice clean place not crowded, usually pretty quick in and out even though this last time took a while
They were fast. It did not take 1 hour. Great service.
