Caring, efficient staff made getting a physical easy
The experience I had with my walk in visit for my renewal of my CDL physical was exceptional..The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable with every aspect of the procedure..In and out about an hour and a half.. The coffee was a plus..
When doing an employer referred drug screen please make sure the toilet has been wiped down prior to the next screen. This includes making sure all pubic hair is not resting on toilet seat and all door handles are wiped down with a disinfectant wipe. Two simple procedures will be helpful in preventing infection to people who are coming for a drug screen.
How this place is still in Business I don't know. hopefully all of the people who were there when I visited back in early 2012 have been fired. They apparently tossed my records at least that is what they told me. and then went behind my back with my work because that was the place we were supposed to go if we got hurt at work. They should have been sued by me. But I had a whiplash Concussion at the time. And apparently Tim Misny did not think of it or I am sure he would have made them Pay.
Every one was pleasant and efficient, got in quickly and out quickly
The staff was efficient, courteous and kind during my walk in appointment. We even had a few laughs. They took care of business and made a potentially stressful situation seem routine.
