I’ve been going through WTC exams for about 17 years and Lisa was the first person to treat me as more than just data to be collected. I feel comforted knowing that I will be treated as a human from now on.
I was working on my boat and had a severe cut to my left index finger and knew I needed stitches. I also knew that the emergency room at any Hospital would be a very long wait and procedure. I decided to go to Concentra and received excellent care from start to finish and was in and out in less than an hour and a half. They gave me care instructions for the next 7 to 10 days and I will be returning in three more days to have the stitches removed. I'm a very happy patient. Doctor and staff were fabulous.

Showed up 10 minutes after they opened. Checked in in about 15 minutes. Breezes through the first part of my physical. And that’s where my experience starts to get dark. Was Left in an exam room for an hour and 10 minutes because someone forgot to put my room up on their board... I hope by some miracle I never have to go to this place again. I was grateful for the concern and care. Friendly staff. A bit of a wait when I had an appointment scheduled, but normal I guess. My concern is I went in for a pec injury and didn’t get an answer. Instead I got a referral to a neurologist for a different ailment.
I went to Concentra due to a fall that I had at my job. All the staff was kind and the Doc I met with was very kind. The only big concern I have is the length of wait time. I see no reason why anyone needs to wait 2 and a half hours like I did to see a doc. In all fairness the girl I checked in with did tell me it would be a wait but in no need was I to think it would be that long. As I said the staff was all very professional and pleasant to deal with as well and my doc was very kind.
