Went in for a physical. Front desk staff and physician assistant were great Dr treated me like I was just a bother to her. Got the feeling that she just didn't care.

Top notch, professional care.
Went in with a finger lac. Nurse looked at it and put it in to soak. Doctor came in asked a couple questions, never looked at it and told me to put a bandaid on it. Lac was small but went all the way to the bone. She never looked.
I went into Concentra for my DOT physical. I have done so in the past but this time was very quick I was in and out within an hour typically used to take 2 hours so they have come a long way in streamlining flow for the sake of their patients thank you.
Friendly people and great staff and caregivers, make you feel welcome
Polite and professional. They made sure I was attended to quickly. All my questions were answered.
Greeted by professional yet warm registration. Care was not rushed and my concerns were listened to carefully. I would highly recommend them to be caring and thorough with the care you receive.
