I was highly dissapoint, lady was very contradictive I felt she was not honest at all and didn't make an sense ! It took her probably at least 6 minutes bc she was talking to lady's at front desk then said I needed to get to get another pass from my potential employer because she said my temp barely made it she said depending on where I had it sitting in the bathroom makes a big difference and instead of explaining the circumstances and I was more than willing to submit another urine screen she told them it was a refusal whi... read more
Great experience all around for my DOT physical! Fast and on point!
Quick, polite service. Well, the service itself was good - expect the same wait times as you would any health facility.
Everyone was polite and confrontational
So I went there. They took my piss, and idk…Ig somewhere in there 3hr wait I refused to pee yet was given a DOT card. If I could give no stars I would. They have only one doctor and ten nurses sitting.
