Over an hour wait to get a routine TB test mid afternoon. Not a major problem, as this site is very busy. What wasn't okay, was when I told the receptionist what I was there for, and showed her my script, she said it wasn't for a TB test, pushed the papers away, and went back to what she was doing. I had to get her attention again, and told her that a PPD was in fact a TB test. She Tried to argue with me, and the receptionist next to her quickly pointed out that the script was correct.
