I went for a TB test for my employer. The wait was a little long, a little over an hour but once I was in they were very nice and gave me all the info. When I went back a few days later I was in and out in under 7 minutes. Over all a good experience. Very nice girls up front and nice doctors and nurses.
A work related injury forces me to go here. They have the worst customer service and wait times. I was told that even though I had an appointment the wait time would still be 1 and a half to two hours to see a doctor.
Called to switch OT as treatment from PVH OT was unacceptable, I spoke with Athenia who was very helpful and called me back herself, answered questions re: patient to therapist ratio and type of care. I have had 3 visits so far and can truly say that she is awesome, the staff and management are on top of patient needs and I feel better after 3 sessions with Athenia than I did with 12 at PVH. Highly recommend Athenia to ANYONE That needs Occupational Therapy -and Concentra ! 10 +
They are friendly and attentive...I was able to get a medical exam in a timely manner
Only one Dr. on staff. Waiting room full of people. Gives 3.5 hr wait warning turns out it was over 5 hrs. Doc completely useless, Poor and incomplete exam, poor bedside manner,.... Then tells me he can only give me mucinex RX (which I already am on) and to go to the ER if it gets worse,... The nurses tried their best to "cover" for the Dr. extremely slow pace. Felt bad for them... I will never go back. Worst nightmare of service ever...
