I went here Sunday morning for evaluation of an ankle injury. The check-in process was easy and office staff were pleasant. Though there were a couple of people ahead of me, I did not wait long to be seen. The PA and xray technician were caring and did not rush through my exam. The PA took the time to show me the actual X-ray, identifying my fracture. They also provided me instructions and assistance with using the crutches, having not used crutches before. Good service, helpful staff
Getting up and down 4 times for paperwork and payment because the lady couldn’t get her stuff together is very difficult when you are dizzy and lightheaded. When I tried to stay at the counter she made a snide comment. Apparently at the counter not all your records are together as I had to fill out paperwork as a new patient. But funny how the doctors computer had the records. Not a good way to run a facility that deals with sick and injured people, all records should be together at all times!!
