RecommendedWent twice in two months. First time waited quite a while to be seen. Nurse not that friendly. Tested for flu. Although I had flu symptoms, said I had strep. Treated that but a month later still coughing. Second time difference nurse and she was nicer. They seemed to not know about previous visit (thought they’d have notes). Their system never change. You come early yet you still have to wait horrible hours of 2-4. Lucky you if someone backs out or missed their appointment. Then you just have to wait same hrs of 2-4! I had my first flu shot with one of their centers and the nurse uses the same needle to draw and inject the vaccine. Before he did it, I questioned, are you not going to change the needle? phones have not been working, I have called their corporate office. all they say is to email them, I have done that 2 days outof the 4 and no response. I need someone to contact me.
Wait times after your in a room are unacceptable. Feels like they get you in a room so you can’t complain
I have been going to the Manchester location & have nothing but a good experience, Doctor is on time & staff is very pleasant.
I really hate going to the doctor and they have not done their job. You have just wasted my time. I spoke to you guys a week and a half ago. CONCENTRA sucks!!!! This is the one on Manchester. Update* Here again. Today is 12/27/17 Appointment at 11am. They take me to a room at 11:12am and tell me he is Not in yet but will be here shortly. Beyond unprofessional!!! I literally cannot stand this place.
Had an appointment at 2:15, shower up around 2:25, sat down within 5 minutes was in a room, I literally sat there till 3:40, played a few games, took a nap, re positioned, took another nap and still never saw a soul after the gentleman who took me to the room left! As I was leaving in see the Doctor sitting on her ass at a computer, she was a Joke everyone I was in for checkups, I wouldn't recommend going to Concentra on Manchester and definitely don't go see "Dr" Anjum Razzaque! Very unprofessional
