This was physical given by my job, on the eye exam part I had my contacts on and brought my eye glasses just in case but couldn’t use neither which I didn’t understand cause my lenses and contacts are 20/20 vision prescription so I found out a week later the nurse failed my eye exam to 30/30 but I couldn’t use my eye wear and had to go get proof of 20/20 vision from LensCrafters to present to my job Not to please at all about that
If only there was a negative rating?!? I almost died after seeking medical attention here for the flu. They couldn’t even figure out I had the flu. They said it was strep and sent me out the door. This place should be shut down and all physicians sued for malpractice. Seek medical care from a piedmont/northside physician. Not these clowns.
