I had my sleep report faxed on the 29th for my appointment on Sunday the 31st , they couldn’t find it Sunday so I didn’t get my medical card, I called on Monday and they were able to locate it but made me wait another hour and a half because I had to wait in line again, just to have the doctor sign the card , to me this is poor organization and lack of common sense making me wait a second time due to your office mistake
RecommendedI go to this Concentra regularly for my drug screens for work. They have late hours, friendly staff, and I've never waited a very long time to be seen. I'm usually in and out within an hour. I have had nothing but positive experiences there and will continue to go.
The staff and doctors at Concentra Urgent Care, were very professional and the service was from the heart. The service was efficient and to the point, they New exactly what I needed for the country I was traveling to.

They need to get more than 2 Doctors! I was there for a simple new hire physical and drug screen for 4 hours that should’ve just been a quick 15 minute visit. No longer than 30 tops. I hope they improve fast! Most Companies want you back to finish other things after the screening and physical same day and in my case I ran out of time due to the 4 hour wait. Hope no one else has to wait that long!! Good luck
The service is PISS poor, I wouldn't recommended them to someone I was praying would hurry up and die. They like to charge you for stuff they didn't do. Go at your own risk.
