Totally a joke. Wouldn't let them take a splinter out of my finger. They are trying to use technology but don't even have wifi to make it work.
My appt was for 1:30 to see the physical therapist. 1:45 to see the doctor. Was not prepared for a 45-50 minute physical therapy session. I saw the doctor for maybe 5 min. They then took x-rays of my knee. I arrived at 1:20 and did not leave until 3pm. They are way to slow.
This place is awful! The doctor didn't take her time to look into a situation! And this Doctor doesn't care about people. One of the nurses was super rude. Horrible place to seek medical care!
Was put in an exam room for an hour and a half. Asked the nurse if I could reschedule a time that they could see me. She said I wasn't even on her list! Would have SAT there till closing time. That's a hour and a half of my life I'll never get back. The doctor was good but no one else had a clue what was going on. I have worked in a hospital for 35 years and have never experienced anything like this.
What ever you do don't have Lester Kelty do your DOT physical there. Blasted fool wanted to just get in and out as fast as possible. Couldn't be bothered to even list all of the Rx's i'm taking on the medical form. Then to top it off can't be bothered to listen to the person he's seeing and just mandates they go for a sleep study. Like hell i'll ever go there again. I'm left having to go seek a second opinion from someone that's willing to do their job properly and not do a quarter ass job!
