I am not the one to write bad reviews - in fact this is my first time ever to write a bad review! But I have to say this! Concentra is THE WORST place ever to get anything medically done. Horrible customer service. Horrible staff. Everyone walks around like they haven’t eaten in days - the worst attitudes! I waited over 2 hours to be seen by the only doctor that was in that day! I checked in @ 1:15 for a physical and a drug screen. The place was very dirty, the staff was rude. My health information was told to everyone who was in the waiting room, violating my HIPPA rights. I will be reporting this. The staff was crass and unprofessional. Did not get checked out until 3:55.

I arrived at 9:40 for a 10:00am appointment didn’t get out of there until 11:30. I don’t believe an appointment means a whole lot compared to a walk-in.
The staff were knowledgeable, capable, and quite friendly, if a bit unorganized (ok more than a bit). My only complaint is their hours; how can you be an urgent care facility and close at five?

My husband, daughter, and I have been to at least 3 other urgent cares here in Lincoln and for some reason this one charged me $35 instead of the $25 office visit copay we always have paid. There have been no changes to our insurance as they suggested might be the case. I asked if urgent care at concentra was considered a specialist and the front desk person replied no-so it shouldn’t have been $35 but that’s what they made me pay to be seen. Music behind the counter too loud. Alot of standing around and talking, laughing by the staff. Unorganized and unprofessional.
