They have very nice staff and their very professinal, However I spent six months detoxing myself so I can pass a urine test and I did just that, Only to have this Company lose my sample and are not able to provide my employer with my clean sample.....Horrible expérience.

Went to Concentra office on S.Tryon. Man at front desk was very helpful, kind and efficient. Sign was fast and did not wait long for hearing specialist. In all the visit for my hearing test was a very easy task. Thanks For the great service.
