Unfortunately I got injured while in Atlanta for a business meeting. Although I was in excruciating pain and had to wait longer than I would've preferred, I have to say the staff was very, very nice and continuously checked on me and my daughter while we waited to see a physician. I would like to send a special thank you to Ashley and Reggie, you two were awesome and I thank you so much. I truly hope this review gets to them. The one sure way to pleasw people is to be respectful of thier time. To only have two Physicians and 30 patients is not a good model. You know people need jobs so thier not gonna leave. So why not invest back in your business and hire more staff. An hour is a decent time to wait 3 hours is just plain disrespectful!
OMG WAITED IN ROOM FOR OVER AN HOUR!!!! STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE!!!
3hour wait for a Emoloyee physical and PPD unbelievable...then another 30 min in the room to see the doctor...Awful!
There is NO SENSE OF URGENCY IN URGENT CARE. Sat In waiting room for 40 minutes, only to sit in exam room for another 45 minutes before being seen....all while in severe pain. People milling around in hallway talking about baby showers and lunch while I'm suffering. Never use them!!
Two hour wait with an appointment . What's the point?
What's the point of having an appt, you wait an hour in the waiting room and another in the backroom? I understand your busy but when your appt is going to be treated as a 5 minute consultation, waiting 2 hours is a bit ridiculous.
Horrible customer service from the Lexington, KY area.
