Excellent care!
People were friendly even though there was a lot of work being done. There were a lot of people waiting to be seen. The only complaint I could have is that there probably need to have a few more chairs because some folks were having to stand to wait. Outside of that, it was a good visit.
The staff were courteous. They helped me fill out papers. With everything online, its sometimes hard to navigate. I appreciated the help.
This place is terrible. The doctors are discriminatory and treat Latinos poorly. If you go in for a DOT exam—as I did—be prepared for them to deny it, even if you’ve passed every single test. Honestly, the doctor who attended to me made me feel absolutely terrible.
Wait time was very long. Lady at the front was very apathetic, borderline rude. But the gentleman that handled my appointment was great, efficient and kind.
