I waited over 2 hours. I received a text message while sitting in the waiting room with my last name spelled incorrectly - which was corrected when I pointed it out. One would think that attention to detail was important when dealing with patients and test results. Although I had filled in the forms with my medical history online at home, I had to do it again on my mobile phone at the location. I've been to this place twice, & honestly, I don't understand why they say they close at 4:00 p.m. I even called to ask if they could still see me, & they told me to come in. I arrived at 2:08 p.m. for a blood test, only to be told they couldn't do it because the person who collects the samples leaves at 2:00 p.m. So apparently, you have to arrive before 1:20 p.m. Maybe I'm wrong, but they should just take the sample & send it the next day. Wait time was excessive. I would recommend the one on California st downtown in & out in 30 minutes. Here wait time was 90 min for a 20 min physical
