Extremely disappointing experience. The whole process felt unprofessional and focused more on collecting money than helping a patient. I was told I had to pay $150 upfront even though my insurance information showed a $100 deductible. When I asked them to verify the coverage or explain the difference, they were dismissive and basically told me that the insurance company would have to sort it out on its own.
