Concentra. I am an older adult. The receptionist at Concentra took the time to help me fill out the form on my cell phone something I could not have done without her help. I was extremely greatful to her. She was friendly and not at all put out by my request for help.
I usually use physical therapy at that location, and I'd like to thank Olga, who schedules appointments and Mary the physical therapist. Olga treats me like a friend, always nice and accommodating. Mary is so knowledgeable and friendly, I never wanted my therapy to end. Thank you both.
Long waiting times with rude and condescending staff. A one time visit and not recommended to anyone.
