Great facility and very professional staff!
My experience at Concentra was disappointing. I was told that my urine sample was “diluted,” which I disagree with. I drink a lot of water regularly, and that should not automatically be treated as suspicious. Additionally, the wait time was unacceptable. There were several staff members behind the desk, yet patients were waiting far too long. When a facility is clearly busy, management should step in or reassign staff to assist with tasks like urine drug testing to help move patients through more efficiently. Overall, the l... read more

The staff was so friendly. I’ve been to a ton of Concentra’s for work and this has been the most amazing one. They were so nice.
