I had a scheduled 10 AM appointment and waited over two hours to be taken back, without any communication during the wait about the delay. I was surprised that walk-ins arriving after me were being told to expect a 2.5-3 hour wait, as having an appointment didn’t seem to make much difference. I understand that delays happen, but better communication would have made the experience much easier—for example, contacting patients ahead of time if appointments were running significantly behind and offering the option to arrive late... read more
