Long 2 hour wait even with an appointment! Not friendly! Not helpful! They are in business for workman comp dollars. They make unnecessary appointments; 3 visits with no treatment: no rational: no meds needed. Broken ankle in 2 places. Still in walking boot on crutches. We don't need 3 additional appointments, each visit a 45 minutes drive from home through the arm pitt of Escondido, with at the very least, a two hour wait that feels like you are in line at a downtown bus depot. Terrible experience!

They took very good care of me, I had cut my finger quite deep and it was bleeding quite a bit. They took me right back and attended to it.
Yes the wait can b a lil long but the service is always good & they all maintain a very cheerful & helpfull professional attitude
