Quick in and out got my prescription i n about a half an hour.
Been waiting half an hour to be called for my appointment. This is ridiculous
I had to go to Concentra for an employment physical. It was very efficient and not very time consuming. The doctor wanted to know too much information and chided me for not knowing my prescription dosages. Otherwise, it was a good visit.
went in for a dot physical. after 2 visits, i was unable to come up with the required paperwork, so i wasn't able to get my class b license renewed.
I was pleased with the front of house staff as they got me in quickly to have my tests run. I was not pleased with the lab portion of it since I had to return 2 days later for an additional blood draw because they "spun it incorrectly". This was after I already gave a spare vial in case something were to occur. The staff and doctor were so nice and helpful. They took care of my family as we were all sick. Best experience if you have to go to an urgent care.
