I went in today for a pre employment drug screen and was very happy with how quick and efficient everyone was. Jessica Carrillo made it such a quick and easy process. When I had questions she answered them in detail and was very friendly.
RecommendedI have and will continue to like Concentra Urgent Care as long as I live. Dr. Richardson and staff are very professional, knowledgeable and quite helpful. I’m very pleased with the way Dr.Richardson conducts his work. I have already been telling some friends, family and well-wishers about Concentra I appreciate you Dr. Richardson, The Asian lady doctor, The PT Brittany, the lady secretary at the pt section and all the staff at this particular Concentra location. My roommate had elevation sickness from driving 20 hours from Oregon to Denver, and her nurse definitely treated her like a junkie or something. She was nasty In her Attitude and short and uncaring. The nurse was rude, rough and cruel. Didn’t even tell her what was wrong. She should be removed from her job or have to go back to BEDSIDE MANNER 101. my husband got into an accident this morning. Per company policy, he has to go take a urine test. He drank a bunch of water before he left to go to this location. He's been sitting in this place for ABOUT AN HOUR having to go to the bathroom REALLY BAD. The hell kind of place is this where you have to wait an hour to take a urine drug test?!?!?!
Not only did this place majorly violate HIPAA laws, they were completely rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional in terms of listening to the patients needs and concerns. Will never step foot into this practice again.
The Doctors don’t work for you, they care more about their workers compensation clients then the patients
