Waited two hours for a DOT physical and had clearance letter from my cardiologist but wasn’t good enough for the doctor at this money pit and my neck was 1/8th to big so they recommend me to there sleep study so more money gone. The nurses were good but I certainly don’t agree with the doctor. Only went there because the company I’m trying to work for uses them. Personally I wouldn’t take a sick rat in this place.
Be prepared to wait. Environment (floor) looks clean however the upholstery on the chairs is filthy.
don't schedule anything for 2 hrs. They keep telling me that EVERYBODY else made an appointment except me. 8 people came in after me. 5 were called in while i sat in the front lobby. I watched 2 out of the remainder 3 leave when i opened the door of the room i was waiting in for nearly an hour. Yes, cuz i was online and used up 67 % of my phone battery!!!! Their next excuse was that my complicated paperwork took longer to process.......... interesting as i am the most boring patient of my MD. Which is where i will go back to... read more
Saw them Monday and they forgot to schedule PT for Tuesday. Call me on Tuesday to try and schedule me. I can't get a ride and can't drive. Show up on Wednesday for re-evaluation of my knee with the doctor. I was told that they had forgot to schedule my PT but could get me in at 1:00 I said I could only do 30 minutes as I had a 2:00 appointment elsewhere. The staff was very nice, the wait time was 2 hours.
Guess I went at the right time , cause my wait time was only 10 minutes. The Dr. Is great, I went for a emergency refill on my med . He came in and talked , showed compassion and concern. If I ever need to I will go back. The staff was very polite and courteous. That was my experience 5�'s
