The Dr had my diagnosis before he ever came into the exam room. He looked at X-ray reports from over a year ago. After speaking to me for less than 10 minuets he said “ I have a couple of more patients and I want to go home and see my kids so I need to get you out of here. My back pain is much worse than a year ago and being told it is arthritis and old age along with the lack of professionalism is degrading. I feel concentra is a waste of time. I will never recommend concentra to anyone
From the front desk to the nurse practitioner the people were professional and so kind. Would definitely go back if I need to.
I will not be back. I would rather pay emergency room price.
The doctor they had that day, was very arrogant and uncaring, when I was trying to pass the D. O. T physical that day.But the speed of service was, nice.
My experience was great! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!
