My experience with Conceive started off very positive and ended terribly. I saw a natropath here and did acupuncture regularly for over 3 months in preparation for a frozen embryo transfer. I was told numerous times that it’s very beneficial to do acupuncture pre and post transfer on the day of. I was also reassured many times that whenever the transfer would be scheduled for, they would be able to find a way to book the appointments around that time. I have done consultations and acupuncture since 2022 for general health concerns. The doctors are knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I am also grateful to the acupuncturist who have helped with my back pain and digestive issues. Definitely recommend 👍
The receptionist is extremely mean and unkind. People come here for help and relaxation but the receptionist on the weekend was the exact opposite. She makes you feel more stressed out by arguing and makes you feel bad about trying to go there for self care and wasted minutes of my treatment time telling me how busy they were but when I finished, no one was waiting. I’ve had good experiences at conceive before but her words were just the opposite of what anyone needs when going to this clinic so it’s definitely not helpful.
