Just had to clear a warrant for failure to appear in court when the last 2 appearances my presence was waived. After the 1st court date he tells me “you don’t have to keep calling me after every date, I will alert you when your presence is needed in court” for a court date where I’m supposed to appear arises no effort was made to make contact or return my calls and messages.
