Staff was very friendly.
I have been calling their office for two weeks, no response no phone call back about my painful right arm, needing help. No return call no message to me in portal. Finally called back the last time and Dr responded at 10 something am but I couldn’t see the message, lady on phone read me his message. This is unacceptable! Why did it take so long. I been calling this place for over a week now trying to schedule my son an appointment. Someone named Rhonda answered the phone and acted like she couldn’t hear me when she didn’t even give me a chance. And immediately hangs up to make it seem like she took my call 🤣. Not worth the hassle 🤷♀️
