I have been trying to contact Conam corporation regarding issues that i have been having at there property the Vance in mesa instead of some reaching out to me on my concerns i was instead banned from the office and told i could not come UNACCEPTABLE
Poor property management and services. My sister lived at Granite Bay Apartments and the office manger Janet and Ashley are the rudest, racist, and unprofessional people I have ever encountered and worked with. They do not follow protocol and implement their own process and rules that are outside of the lease. They racially profiled my children and when I tried to talk to them or CONAM about it I got dismissed and told I couldn't speak to someone. Terrible management of their properties. Seriously terrible.
I have lived at Altitude 1675 in Phoenix for over 5 years- always managed by Conam Corp- the local Phoenix management has recently changed & Amber Brock, whom I have never met, is now the contact. Photos of our email exchange are in this review. Essentially, had my pre-move out walk through & was told cleaning & wall patching would ensure no charges. There was one panel in the kitchen under the countertop that needed repair that was discussed on the walk through & I was told it was "flimsey & shouldnt be an issue to reattach... read more
