This company is the definition of corporate greed. Rents are going down everywhere including their apartments in mckinney but they refuse to lower rent to current residents who always pay on time and cause no trouble. But when rents increase, they will, without a single hesitation, increase your rent to the max possible amount.
I have lived in Wright Senior Apartments in Grand Prairie, Tx for six years. It was a great place to be until Conam purchased our complex a year ago. They raised my rent $305 a month and we have had 18 managers and virtually no maintenance. I have been requesting repairs for six months and one of them is a safety hazzard. These people are lying pondscum! You've been warned.
By far the worst! When AMLI owned this property it was well managed and taken care of, now these new owners don’t care about anything but money. Their staff is rude and the building is literally dirty. Rent is WAY too high for these standards. The hallways are filthy I can’t even have guest because it embarrassing and my rent is almost $3000!!!!
This property management company just a bunch of crooks. I rented a property from them in 2019 and moved out seven months later. Reason I moved out is because the manager wouldn't do her job and there was a lot of drug activity and other problems going on. When I moved out they tried to send me a bill saying that they had to clean my carpet and made other false allegations so I wasn't going to be able to get my deposit back.
