I did a rent for 14 months no action taken , moved from 2&2 to a single Apt and it has MOLD , No action taken, their Maintenance dept the worst ever, been waiting for 2 1/2 months no action taken , Ellery at Lake Sherwood Apartments,
Absolute worst company I ever dealt with living in any apartment. There are much nicer places to live than what they charge.
Terrible experience. Audubon Village in FL looks like a mom&pops business. No one has control on anything... they create "taxes & fees" that come from nowhere to rip you off! Plus apts are not well maintained! Avoid at all costs! RUN!
This company does malpractice on it's clients and have a terrible business model.
Horrible service from the management crew , the service people do their best multiple work orders open
