I can't even find words about how bad this company is. They allowed my building to be without a working elevator for 9 days (the first was broken for about 6 weeks before the second one went down), leaving disabled residents without the ability to walk their service animals out go grocery shopping because they couldn't use the stairs. If there had been a fire or any kind of emergency, it would have been disastrous. Completely disgusting, most vile disregard I've ever come across. I’ve been dealing with this company for 7 months now. Back in June 2025 I contacted them notifying them I had to end my lease early due to quitting my job involving a sexual assault investigation and me not feeling safe going back to work. I was told by the initial manager they would work with me that she would contact corporate we moved out at the end of august never heard back even after multiple attempts to contact them.
