Absolutely the worst management company on the planet. All they did was steal from me every month with bogus fees and just keep the deposit the was refundable. Deja where is my money garbage company and garbage people
Conan property Management held a meeting in the community room. All the tenants have been complaining. Unfortunately no one from Conan property Management showed up to meet the tenanta.
I’ve been dealing with this company for 7 months now. Back in June 2025 I contacted them notifying them I had to end my lease early due to quitting my job involving a sexual assault investigation and me not feeling safe going back to work. I was told by the initial manager they would work with me that she would contact corporate we moved out at the end of august never heard back even after multiple attempts to contact them. Very bad company, only interested in money.
Honestly I never write negative reviews but this is not a good company at all… lack of regard to the fullest extent. Will not solve any issues at all. Have been charging me two times over every single month for renters insurance even though I’ve already paid for the entire year and will not solve it. I tried to solve it myself and couldn’t because it’s up to the management property.
