Pathetic, don't rent any of the properties they manage. Too dimwitted to answer VM, or email or even ck that a tenant has PAID rent before delivering their notice. No follow through, nothing gets fixed, just a bunch of scumbags.

Slimy greedy people they will charge you for random stuff and not tell you what they are charging for and then tell you to email only to get no response I will never live at a Conam property again they don’t care about tenants as long as they get their rent I promise they will take over a year to fix any issues in your apartment but if you don’t pay rent an eviction notice will be on your door in minutes crazy how that works.
They don’t know how to accommodate for those of us disabilities. I feel like just a number, and when I’m renting from a company I need to feel satisfied and comfortable.
