Zero customer service, even after calling multiple times, sending emails and leaving voicemails …. still nothing to this day. Don’t even bother calling , just go directly to their office. Update - Ive now left three voicemails for this corporate office regarding the discrimination I experienced at one of their properties by one of their property managers. I urge you to stay away from any property managed by this company and if you ever run into any issues, I suggest having an attorney on standby . These people are impossible... read more

I will never tell anyone to use this company!! They have a F rating on the BBB for a reason!! Worst rental property management group!! Trying to get them to fix anything is harder than pulling teeth!! Its been alost a year and still cant get a window fixed!! All my AC air goes right out the window! They refuse to do anything!
Office managers at willow glen in natomas CA have disrespectful attitudes and unprofessional. Need to be replaced. I been here 11 years and management was changed about 2 years ago. Terrible!! Windows have not been washed since building was built. Pool has been closed for the year and they said due to budget!! They said they simply cannot afford to clean pool.
I’ve been waiting almost two months for my security deposit… I Have even contacted the regional office and spoke to a Mr. Mike Hawthorne ( a regional manager) who once I spoke to has not returned my call, not even to follow up. The level of unprofessionalism from the leasing office to the regional office is absurd.
