RecommendedOne of our summer surprises has been eating at Con Queso’s in downtown Springdale. The Kingston “dilla” is where it’s at! Great food, service, and location!

definitely will never be returning. Only went 2 times. they messed up the order both times. I called never could get a manager or get a call back. Finally spoke to the owner they say they'll fix it. 4 months ago. I contact them on fb and they act like they care for a few min then completely ignore me. It really wouldn't have taken much to fix but instead they've shown how horrible they are and that they COMPLETELY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR GUESTS OR THEIR STANDARDS OF SERVICE.
Ordered a taco without jalapeños and they left them on. Asked for a replacement and they said yes.... nothing came. Asked again, they said they were working on it and never brought it (after waiting over 30 more min)
Just got our food from the drive thru. The person working the window had no idea what we ordered and forgot our drinks. Then gave us the drinks wrong. When we got home I find this nasty hair wrapped up in my chicken taco. Wtf?!?

Do you mind providing us with details about your order, such as when you came by and what you ordered? Regarding the hair, I noticed that it's connected to that cilantro leaf. Is it possible that that is a small strand from the piece of cilantro?
