Metro east apartments is the worst place in the city to live. The don't care about the residence at all and it is filthy dirty. Living there for two years was hell. They need to close their doors. Everyone I know feels the same. Four complete office changes in site of 2 years and another one going on now. Terrible, terrible, terrible!!
Maintenance is always understaffed and doesn’t do a professional job with most work orders. Have a nice place? Not when you get what you pay for.

The apartment that I’m currently living in is managed by this corporation. I’m really upset and disappointed on how they don’t hear people out when they need something that need to be fixed at their unit. My husband has been sending maintence request to fix the faucet sink and dishwasher. It’s been 3 months since he told the people to come and fix it nothing had been done then why do they say that it’s a good place to live if they don’t really don’t do nothing it’s all lies.
