If you don't want you pc fixed fast go here it's taken almost 2 weeks for him to say o I finally looked it he would rather go by how much you pay then the day uou bring it in. On his site if you bring it in before 12 he will have it fixed by ends day well its been almost 14 days sinice I asked you to fix and you cant go by your own add I would like to say dont trust this place if you need a repair fast he false advertisement on his website why should you trust someone like that. I hope you enjoy the truth of this store

I needed a new screen for my laptop and Rich installed it right then while I waited a short 10 minutes. The next day I brought another laptop to have the windows updated and again it was done professionally and expeditiously. I will use his service in the future.

All I will say is they had what I needed. But the were super unfriendly. You would think for a small local store you would actually welcome customers and be friendly. Will never go back unless absolutely had to.

Took my computer in this morning not working ...Within seconds he had it BACK... Push of a button !!! Still I was amazed he didn't charge me... A sincere THANK YOU !!!!!!!!! There are still good honest people out there!
