0 stars. Unprofessional front desk staff. The attendant up front was rude. Speaking out-loud about personal issues. She seems young, uneducated Dr. Guzman has no bedside manners. After having an abnormal ultrasound he led me to believe i had a strong possibility for stage 4 cervical cancer before doing a biopsy. He unempathetically kept making comments about how bad it’ll be if it’s stage 4 cancer leading my to believe there were big odds on that being the case. BEWARE!! I came here because the FEMALE DR there was in network, all paperwork with the FEMALE DR's name. Waited about 2 hrs then a MALE doctor walks in. Nurses are terrible.
Muy buen trato a los pacientes,Dr Guzman muy amable y toma el tiempo para escucherte..el personal muy amable..Totalmente lo recomiendo.👍
They need a zero stars because they deserve it. Worst medical place ever, please dont waste your time going here. The nurses are RUDE and do not have experience on their job field. I came to send my mom to get an exam and they took her in to take a pap smear. They later on told my mom that the exam she was here for they did not provide service for. You can imagine how upset we are. Beware because these nurses are who give this place a bad reputation.
