I am a first-time customer of Pie-Barker and EXTREMELY satisfied. The sales rep was Chris and he was amazing. Chris and his partner were the technicians and they obviously care about the customers and are very knowledgeable. Daniel has been very helpful as well with scheduling a couple of service upgrades - he always replies to my emails and is very organized and professional. I recently had a disappointing experience with Pie Barker Alarm Co. They charge a quarterly fee for monitoring services, but when I needed them the most, I discovered that my alarm didn’t have a signal. Despite paying for continuous monitoring, it seems like they don’t actually ensure that the system is working properly. When I reached out to them, I was met with little to no helpful response, leaving me feeling frustrated and unprotected. Terrible monitoring service. Supposedly they are checking the system each month to ensure they are receiving signals. They hadn't rec'd signals for 6 months and were still charging me. Then when I brought it to the attention of the company something was wrong, they said it was my responsibility. Also previously when I did have an alarm, they said they dispatched the police but this was not the case.
