I''ve been a user of Medgen since 2015 and I couldn't be happier. Their platform is very very customizable to my needs as a podiatrist. We do are billing in-house as well with their system and our A/R is well below the industry standard. During the Changehealthcare debacle, they were able to get us switch to a different clearinghouse in a timely manner. Also I love how they take customer feedback seriously and use that feeback to improve their system. Highly recommend!

If you are in need of an enterprise EMR, look elsewhere. Medgen does not test their system/updates/enhancements before rolling out to the consumer. You design their system at no cost to Medgen by testing and requesting enhancements; and then they charge you for it. Reporting is on lockdown; you cannot create ad hoc reports that deliver non demo data. Major language barriers with support. Quickly bypass Medgen; you will end up as a patient instead of a user with all the frustrations you will experience.
