Dr. Stevenson sees my brother. She is very caring and kind.
The front office staff is amazing! But the doctor that I see, has done nothing but give be the run around. She’s impossible to reach, the nurse I spoke to was very unhelpful. They get me on medications that actually work for me, then you’re unable to reach them for refills and have to go almost a week without your prescribed medications.
Clean never wait more than 20 minutes and appointment moves thru fairly quickly. However as with any Dr they don't listen to what you say just tell you what you should do, and that's the only reason only 4 stars
They're very useful community service help a lot managing appointments and other services
I had a really disappointing experience with this doctor. She kept talking over me and asking personal questions that had nothing to do with why I was there. I came in for sinus issues, but instead of listening to me or trying to help, she just wanted to refer me to an ENT and said they’d tell me the same thing. I explained multiple times that I didn’t want allergy meds or nasal spray because I don’t have allergies — I have an infection and needed something to actually help with that — but she didn’t seem to care or take my ... read more
