Hi.. from my point of these townhomes are average for Kalamazoo..plus their subsidized which makes them even better... there spacious ,cozy n all around nice...it lacks in having no a/c n poor installation/ energy efficient doors or windows but overall my son and I love our home... we feel safe and its a nice quite setting with a lot of other kids to play with. Its a nice first place for young single parents
I lived in costockvillage from 2003 until 2008 and i loved it there i lived in the back to the left circle we never had any problems my neighbors for the most part was quiet...lots of kids and the are i lived at had a big back yard...when i needed something fixed it got fixed the same day or the day after the ladys in the office were great....
The absolute WORST place to live!! The apartments suck, and the management sucks even more. When I informed them that my roof was leaking, they told me they would get to it next spring. When i informed them that i had no hot water, they told me to boil water on the stove. When I informed them that due to an emergency, I (as well as my young child) had been locked out of the house, they told me to go to a shelter. the worst place to live unless u like drivebys robberies raping and drugs not a good place to live and definatly not a good place for your kids
These are not at all a good place to live they dont keep them up at all
