ABSOLUTELY HORRID APARTMENTS WITH EVEN WORSE MANAGEMENT. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY. Everything is falling apart, with system wide water and heat shut offs, noisy drilling constantly. Nightmare.
My family was the first family that owned corner penthouse on the north west side. My family owned in the building until the early 2000s. They owned or rented on the third floor and the 16th floor. I always wanted to live there and in the early 2000s got to. The location is great. Cable cars with in two blocks. Shopping with in walking distance too. The parking in the building is nice. For the most part the doorman are cool. In the past the HOAs included some utilities. Why the three stars? The folks that lived there.
