Recently Elisabetta was a big help to me with 2 problems that we had with our home at BBC. A”pop up” in our front yard was broken and needed to be replaced. Elisabetta called an area manager from McFall&Berry and he came by and replaced it the next day for free! She also discovered and corrected a mistake I had made with my monthly homeowners payment resulting in a very nice refund to me! Thanks very much Elisabetta.
