Good environment
This organization is discriminative, bias, and prejudice. I rent a home here and have been harassed and unlawfully charged on top of the rent I pay to my landlord. The structures of these homes are poorly built in Plymouth Woods townhouses, you can literally hear everything and I've had the police called on me while laying in my bed acused of playing loud music because a psychotic neighbor alleged they heard music coming from my home. This company is absolutely inept! I received a notice that my HOA autopayments were cancelled. I have tried to call their office. However, the phone rings twice than hangs up. This is unacceptable!
Absolutely horrible HOA management. No one ever picks the phone, no one responds to the emails, the website communication method deos not work and they do not action on anything! I have been trying to contact them for months now trying to get a communications address corrected, and there has been no action. They keep charging late fees and never attend to customers trying to understand why there was a late fee charged. They should be sued!
Comsource makes it so difficult to pay a bill. They need to upgrade their service. It’s 2025 for crying out loud.
