Called and emailed for 2 days straight, nobody answers. The main line to leave a voicemail has the mailbox full so you can even leave a message. Terrible management service. Would never recommend this company for management
Impossible to get a hold of to ask any questions. So you don't know if something is an HOA violation. But the second your fee is due, they'll spam your mailbox and beg for your dollars.
I think Elisabetta has done a great job at BBC. We have had two concerns recently, and they have been corrected quickly and without hassle. She is definitely a Keeper!!
Comsource's Community Manager for Bay Bridge Cove, Elisabetta Laggini-Allen, is a true asset to our beautiful community. She is responsive, detailed-oriented, very professional, and cares about the quality of her work and her interaction with the residents. We are very lucky to have Elisabetta as our Community Manager.
Elisabetta has been very helpful contacting the right personnel to deal with property drainage outside underground drain lines back-up from the sump pump. This overflow back-up is affecting the property outer structure via erosion. Still awaiting response from the folks she contacted. Also, Elisabetta was extremely prompt in responding to questions we have over potential HOA overbilling and another problem with missing venting covers under the rear roof eaves.
