When I moved to this neighborhood it was under a different HOA. Had I known that they’d eventually switch to Comsource, who horribly managed the neighborhood I moved from, I’d have never moved here. They are the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. No one EVER calls back. No one EVER answers their phone. My account has been on auto pay for YEARS, when suddenly I receive a letter from a lawyer for non payment. Surely this is a mistake. Wrong! Elisabetta Laggini is our POC at the Bay Bridge Cove Community. I recently had a concern that might have impacted my home/property. I brought it to her attention, Elisabetta was very responsive. She worked on my behalf by contacting a Vendor and describing my concern. She was able to provide me both the timing and the action plan from the Vendor. Same-day service, wow. Been working with Comsource managers for 20 years. Knowledgeable, responsive and they do a great job guiding boards.
Called and emailed for 2 days straight, nobody answers. The main line to leave a voicemail has the mailbox full so you can even leave a message. Terrible management service. Would never recommend this company for management
