While they used to be good. They are terrible now!!! I am on the Board with our HOA. They don’t respond. We are paying them for work the property manager should be doing! The President Dan isn’t much help. Save your money and look elsewhere! I even went to the President and had a respectful conversation! Service is still poor. I honestly don’t think they even care. But it will be to their detriment.
Elizabetta was more than helpful and gracious in helping me untangle my HOA payment error. In addition, she spent a great deal of time explaining the rules and procedures regarding landscaping the area surrounding my condo. It is wonderful to have a person on site to help us navigate the rules and various issues that can occur in a development like ours. Many thanks!!!
