Elisabetta has been very helpful contacting the right personnel to deal with property drainage outside underground drain lines back-up from the sump pump. This overflow back-up is affecting the property outer structure via erosion. Still awaiting response from the folks she contacted. Also, Elisabetta was extremely prompt in responding to questions we have over potential HOA overbilling and another problem with missing venting covers under the rear roof eaves. I’ve called these people 15 times today, guess how many times they answered…. In the handful of unfortunate years I’ve dealt with them not one of those experiences were positive. They have changed payment mechanisms multiple times with little to no support or guidance. In reality, I've sent emails but they don't respond. The administration is terrible. Today it snowed and we can't even get out. They only came once to scrape the ice and started spreading salt when the weather was already bad. We need them to come and scrape the ice again; we can't get out.
