Claudia Urbina is the worst property manager. SHe lacks accountability, does not communicate effectively and when called on it she creates her own rules and enforces them on the community. They are the worst HOA management company.

Recognition of Our BBC Manager I would like to recognize our BBC manager for the excellent job she is doing. She is professional, responsive, dependable, and genuinely committed to our community. She handles residents’ concerns promptly and works hard to keep BBC running smoothly. She has helped me with getting water turned to the garden, getting out dead shrub replaced, showing me how to use TownSq, and keeping us up-to-date on BBC activities.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Elisabetta [Comsource manager at Bay Bridge Cove] for the above and beyond effort she displayed in assisting me in dealing with a vendor at our community. The invoice and estimate didn't match and the cost was excessive. She championed my cause and added her unique take on the issue. Eventually, the vendor and I [with Elisabetta's help] reached a suitable agreement. I can't thank her enough for effort. Outstanding.
