I just called Computer Extreme to inquire about getting my laptop repaired. I wasn't even able to ask if they can repair it because the woman who answered the phone was so rude. I told her I can't even do business with this company because of her unprofessional and mean she was to me. However, I will be going there to speak with a manager to let them know about her poor social skills. Not cool.
