RecommendedI recently had an my personal build start blue screening on me, I turned it in for a diagnostic and within a couple day got my system back with what the issue was. They have awesome customer service, they are very knowledgable and kind. The tech that worked on my system, Jeff, even went above and beyond to find out what the issue was with my system and would call to update me regularly with anything he did which I greatly appreciated. I am a young woman in my early 20's and brought my MacBook Pro into Computerwerks to have my operating reinstalled. Instead, they told me my hard drive was totally faulty and wanted $500 from me to install a new one. I suspected that I might be being taken advantage of, so I brought my computer to a different operation. Just purchased a new laptop and loving the speed. Steve and his crew provided information and answered my questions without any pressure to buy from them. They transferred all my documents and pictures and the new Dell ready on the same day. Once I made up my mind�. Appreciate their answering my lame questions. I just had my computer "cleaned up" and got it back super promptly and in great working order. I've used computers for 33 years, but still am totally ignorant about many computer workings.
