Outrageous charges. A simple international wire transfer costs $200 in charges. The only free of charge option is a physical cheque that can only be cashed in a bank located in the US. You expect a company called “computershare” to ensure wire transfer is a low cost standard transaction method. If you are a foreign investor, avoid at all costs. This is a total rip-off!

This is the worst company I’ve dealt with in 2025. They are still operating as if we’re in the 1970s which is embarrassing for a tech company. The customer service is terrible and they must mail you a code for you to access your account. Not email you but actually mail you via snail mail. The system locks you out constantly and doesn’t even recognize the information you’re putting in. Companies that still use this platform should be embarrassed.

I requested a simple statement and it has now been over a month. You sent me the wrong document, made me wait all this time, and are now asking me to wait another 2 weeks. Instead of correcting your own mistake quickly, you keep delaying me as if nothing is wrong. I even contacted you through Facebook exactly as you instructed, yet my issue is still not resolved. I have been unable to transfer the inheritance from my late mother-in-law for the past six months. I successfully completed the same process with Capital One and Invesco in just two weeks, but dealing with Computershare has been an absolute nightmare.
