Worse customer service EVER! I dropped my computer off and was told someone would have to look at it to determine if it was fixable. Two days later I called after they did not call me and was told they was still looking at it. I then was told it would probably take 2 weeks for the part to come in. Well I do a lot of work on the computer so to be without mines for 2 weeks was just too long. I asked if I could pick my computer up but still order the part and would pay for it but I was told NO..
