I suspect the negative reviews posted here were written by competitors, not individuals with problems. My personal experience with this company over the past ten years has been totally positive. Once Christine came by the house to fix a minor problem, which she fixed at no charge. When the computer has gone into her shop, it is always repaired in a timely manner and at a price which is fair and reasonable. I wanted to leave a review here especially because the reviews above almost convinced me not to try Computers, etc. I'm glad I didn't listen. Christine was an absolute pleasure to work with. I got my computer back within a day and I'm writing this review on it now. She's easy to get in touch with, responsive and fixed the issue - I took cards to give to friends if they're in need of someone with her skill set. Highly recommend. Horrible...Never USE..Please read my review... – Most horrible company ever, never use...own picked up my computer at my home with my external hard drive. Never left a receipt or a contact information when picked up while I was at work. Owner picked up from my teenage daughter and failed to wait for me. Called me once to let me know price and when would computer be ready. Unfortunately I realized I did not have there address after and my phone deleted the number after so many calls. The best computer repair shop in town – I have been using Computers, Etc for at least 5-years now. I build computers as a hobby for friends and have built over 50 for my children's school. When I run into a problem I can't resolve, I can call Computer, Etc on the phone and their technicians will work with me, at no charge to resolve the problem. Not Impressed!! – Yah, I Hear Ya!! They have had my Mac for a good month and a half now, supposedly looking for a part with a better price than $400, but nobody has ever Once bothered to call me in all of this time, including when the supposed "Mac guy" up and left suddenly and my computer was just sitting there, for probably Weeks, with NoBody doing AnyThing with it!! :[ Great Customer Service!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL – By far one of the worst computer repair companies I have ever experienced. I recently took my laptop in to get repaired and was charged $155 for a HALF HOUR of labor. This leads me to my next question of "What exactly did this company do to my computer worth that amount of time or money?"
