Very knowledgable staff and great customer service. Downloaded freeware at point of purchase, saving me loads of time.
Had a virus on my computer they took it off without losing any of my data and changing any of my settings for about half of what best buy wanted.
My sony laptop wouldn't turn on so I brought it to computer man. It turned out to be a bad motherboard they advised me the repair would be too expensive for my computer. They sold me a new one and transferred my data for free from the old one. Great service and very friendly.
