i took in my computer with a bad port. charged 180 dollars, which was half of best buy. however, when i booted it up the network was not working, it wouldnt even list the networks around me. i took it back and explained that it wasnt like this before i took it in. they looked at it, looked at a list of my files. saw bitcoin on it and said, ooohhhh bitcoin is a virus, itll be 85$ to remove it. since i knew for a fact that bitcoin was not a virus i said ill think about it because i might know a way to fix it. they said fine. i... read more
While I cannot say what ComputerMan was like prior this year, I do know that they take care of a wide variety of desktop and laptop issues with ease and care. The new owner, Dennis, takes pride in making sure that each and every customer is happy and well taken care of! If you haven't had an opportunity yet to do so, stop by and talk with Dennis. You will find him to be easy to work with, understanding, and well versed in taking care of your PC and Laptop issues.
This place needs to receive zero stars. Do not use this business. I took a desktop in because it was running very slow and would not run Windows Updates. Also took in an external hard drive and asked them to back up everything from desktop to the hard drive. Picked it all up a couple of days later, took it home, plugged it all in and discovered still running slow and could not run Windows update.
