Bad vibe
Rude Customer Service if you want to be treated as subhuman this is your place. Just a bunch of Karen’s, I will be going to the apple store for all my future service needs. And they charge waaaaaay above the fair market rate. Company is just full of themselves shady shady shaaaaady.
Battery change was quick and easy They went extra miles to solve one quirky issue related to software. Will definitely seen them again for future assistance.
Surprisingly went above and beyond by checking to see if my waterlogged iPhone had a current to see if my data could be recovered. They did it for free too! You gotta know what to ask specifically otherwise they will just keep upselling, as is the custom for all stores so don’t be upset with that. It’s just the current United States of inflation with the $6 gas forcing people into practices such as these.
